Frank Woolam

Frank Woolam of McDonough County was a 10 year 4-H member of the Scotland Busy Workers which he eventually became the leader for.  Frank was also the leader of the Center Star's 4-H Club for 7 years.  As a leader he influenced the lives of many youth, including his own children who were also 10 year 4-H members.  Throughout the years Frank has been active in many 4-H projects but he is best known for his involvement with sheep.
