DeKalb County is proud to introduce Orrin Vandeburg as their nominee to the 2009 Hall of Fame.  As a youth, Orrin was a 10 year member of Lovell's Luck 4-H Club.   Since then he has been the leader of the Parke Victory 4-H Club for 52 years!  Orrin is very dedicated to his commitments as a leader and keeps his club running smoothly.  Mr. Vandenberg has a very upbeat attitude and brings a smile to everyone's face at the 4-H meetings.
